This region is also know as the "Swabian Baroque Corner". You will find many small towns and villages filled with culture and vibrant life. You can not only spend days sightseeing and visiting historical buildings, many of them churches - you can also be active. Golfing, horseback riding, water sports, tennis, squash, bowling, skating and much more is offered.

You can even do more for your health in the Günzburg Region. Many people from all over Germany with rheumatic problems are seek help in a health spa in Krumbach. Nuns take good care of the patients.

Because of the climate in the Niagara Region where Elizabeth and I live, we both are suffering from that ailment. On our next trip to Germany we will explore more what treatments are offered there.

We both think that having a good time, meeting friendly people and doing something for your heath at the same time is a good idea. The question can we afford it? (Time and money)
