I only can apologize to the nice and friendly team of this restaurant which is located in the half timbered reception building of the "Keltenbad" (Celtic spa) in Bad Salzungen, Thuringia.
We never realized that such a nice eating place existed in one of our favorite health spas. We learned about it when were invited to watch an event here - the "Half Marathon, Pummpälz".
We liked the atmosphere, the excellent service and the good. Only smoking was a nuisance for us. But the windows were open.
The cafeteria in the spa area is operated by the same people, but they do not offer the fine selection of food you can get here.
The owner told me that they also have special events here, such as a piano player or even dancing in the evening.
This web site is just a little thank you to him for the time which he spent with us. I do not have a copy of the menu, but you can be confident that you will not be disappointed to visit his place.

When the building was constructed it was requested that it looks the same as the original. I believe this was foolish with respect to the single pane windows.
