Susan's Retreat - our guest house

Susan's Retreat offers efficiency units in a smoke and dog free (allergy) atmosphere not far from the downtown area of Niagara Falls, Canada.
It is not your everyday sleeping place but much, much more. You can relax in the cosy and casual environment of this house which makes you feel right at home and it should be your home away from home for some time.
Susan's Retreat provides free parking for you directly in front of the house. It is the perfect place for your headquarter not only to explore Niagara Falls and its attractions but also for scouting the beautiful peninsula. Even a trip to Toronto is not a big deal.
A brand new heating and air condition system has been installed for your comfort during winter and summer.
We offer a newly renovated, very beautiful apartment with loft in the upper floor, an apartment in the basement and a bachelor type suite on the main floor which is presently being renovated and will be available in April or May.
Laundry facilities including an ironing board are provided for the free use by our guests.
There will be some coffee and cold drinks in the fridge that you may quench your thirst.
A deck with the possibility of barbecue, also a sun deck for sun bathing is waiting for our guests.

Our prices are very moderate, even in peak season. We do nor charge any cleaning fee after staying with us.
However, our prices depend from how long you will stay with us and how many persons will come.

Susan's Retreat is offering you:

• efficiency units which provide privacy and all needed amenities to make a longer stay comfortable
• A very beautiful and extraordinarily renovated apartment with loft which can sleep up to 8 people
• A very nice bachelor suite type accommodation available commencing April or May, also with bathroom, kitchen corner, queen size bed and a futon or sofa. Up to 4 people will be able to sleep in this one
• An apartment with 2 nice and clean (like everything around here) additional bed rooms, kitchen (also fully equipped) and a bath are available downstairs at low cost. Room starts at $ 35.00 with 3 days minimum. Newly renovated, of course.
• Linen supplied, of course.
• Hungry? Thirsty? Upon arrival you will find some food, coffee, drinks, bread and butter in the fridge for your first snack or breakfast.
• FREE, of course: High speed wireless Internet, cable TV, laundry, ironing board and parking.
• Prices: depending on season and number of people, but very moderate.
