Our upper Apartment:
| Our apartment sleeps up to 8 people without problems. A separate entrance guarantees complete privacy.
We just have renovated this beautiful apartment. The loft has been redone and features a new stairway and a new carpet. The living room has comfy furniture like sofa, love seat and chair etc., nice lighting with a ceiling fan. It is a very high (around 14') cathedral ceiling. Coffee table, side table and, of course a TV make the room complete. The telephone in the apartment may be used for free calls within North America. A guest from Texas wrote: "I was very pleased with our stay at your place....it was very cozy and most importantly clean. I felt like at home and I didn't feel worried about letting J. (their baby) sit and play with his toys on the floor or at the table or anything...." The pull out sofa (sleeps two) in the living room with a curtain which can be closed for more privacy.  Part of the Living Room of the Apartment at Susan's Retreat Two Twin Beds in the Loft  In the loft (very much liked by young people but can be used by grown ups and older people as well for we have just installed a new stairway) We have two twin beds and a new wall to wall carpet. An extra mattress or two (a cot is also possible) can be laid out if you are a larger party. This way up to 4 people can sleep. The bedroom has a high, very relaxing mattress on which you will sleep like an innocent baby. An 8' hight and 4' wide mirror covers the wall in front of the bed. Linen supplied of course. The room has a wall to wall carpet. Lightning, side table, dresser and closet make the room complete.  The fully equipped kitchen features all appliances from coffee maker to the fridge, even with cutlery and china; you may prepare everything from breakfast to a gourmet dinner. This might save you a bundle of money. There will be some coffee and cold drinks in the fridge that you may quench your thirst. |

In the bath tub you may lie and recover (or just take a quick shower) after a day of sightseeing. You will find everything from face cloth to bath towel. The bath room too is very clean like the rest of the house.   |
