About us:

We have operated our Guest HouseSusan's Retreat for the last years with much success. We decided to obtain another House only 5 minutes from the Falls, Clifton Hill, Casino Niagara and other Attractions. It is called Susan's Villa.

Susan's Villa will be operated mainly as a Bed and Breakfast but you do not have to have the Breakfast part, although it would make it easier for you.

You will find out that staying atSusan's Villa or Susan's Retreat is the greatest idea you have had for a long time! Therefore: make your reservation as soon as possible. If prices are a concern do not worry. Our guests mention quite often that our prices are very moderate, even for Niagara Falls
