Susan's Retreat: We have operated this house with much success over the last years. Naturally we have had many very satisfied and happy Guests from all over the world. Our past guests enjoyed our cosy, comfortable and very clean apartment and the suite very much. Our guests always liked our moderate, budget oriented prices. Surely, money saving does not mean to be cheap but even luxury should not be overpaid. Self catering is one way to achieve that.
Susan's Retreat: now got a sister! We have obtained an almost new, gorgeous house. This new place is also in a quiet, central and ideal location of Niagara Falls, Ontario, very close to the Falls and one block off the Niagara River. It is called
Susan's Villa: We renovated this house to provide the comfort which you deserve. We completed the work and it is now a lovely Guest House. We operate this charming Villa as a Bed & Breakfast residence.
Susan's Villa is hidden in a beautiful, natural and quiet area very close to the Falls, Casino and many attractions.
General: For the reasons mentioned above we call our apartments and suites in both places also efficiency units.
All of our guest rooms, apartments and suites are very well equipped and will satisfy even discriminating guests. Free parking and a lot of free amenities is, besides many others, surely is one of many good reasons to book your next stay in Niagara Falls at Susan's.

About us:
We have operated our Guest House Susan's Retreat for the last years with much success. We decided to obtain another magnificient House only 5 minutes from the Falls, Clifton Hill, Casino Niagara and other Attractions. It is called
Susan's Villa
which will be operated as Bed and Breakfast but at certain times, e.g. in the Winter month, you do not have to have the Breakfast part.
Come and you will soon find out that staying at Susan's Villa or Susan's Retreat is the greatest idea you have had for a long time! Therefore: make your reservation as soon as possible.
Many things are free at Susan's as you will see. Just for the accommodation we have to charge a tiny little bit so we can pay the bills and the mortgage. Do not worry! Our guests point out time and again that our prices are very moderate, even for Niagara Falls. Some even state that we have the best deal around! For this reason we can proudly say: If you have a less expensive written offer for private accommodation with the same or better quality we just match or beat this price!
