Immediately after the battle a "Lantern Tour" through Fort Erie was offered. PLease don't miss that. Our pictures were taken a few years ago, so many detail may have been changed.
I believe that the events related to the "Siege of Fort Erie" are great attraction for visitors from all over the world. With my German and my English web site I want to thank again all the volunteers and the organizers and I hope that they will keep up the excellent work.
Unfortunately another attractive event in Fort Erie died because of financial restrictions. It was called the "Loch Sloy - Highland Festival".
During most events of this kind I met visitors from Europe and Asia who found out about them by fortune.
