Lothar Meister has learned his profession as a master pastry maker in Germany. To achieve this degree three years of apprenticeship and four years working for an established master pastry maker are mandatory. Lothar and his wife Brigitte owned a well know coffee shop in Lennep Germany for many years. They came to Canada to be closer to her daughter who moved with her husband to Canada and is living with her family close by.
