You will be surprised about the variety of baked goods which you will find here.
It has only place for 12 people - so it may be advisable that you call first.
Lothar Meister has learned his profession as a master pastry maker in Germany. To achieve this degree three years of apprenticeship and four years working for an established master pastry maker are mandatory. Lothar and his wife Brigitte owned a well known coffee shop in Lennep Germany for many years. They came to Canada to be closer to their daughter with husband and the grandchildren who live close by in beautiful Ontario.
