Use our molds not only for cookies:

You can use our molds all year long. They are not seasonal items used only for making eye catching cookies for Christmas.

However, some experience and a little bit of patience are required. Try different baking sprays or melted butter for easier removal. Please don't use any metal tools! We used wooden toothpicks.

News:

We discontinue our line of Swiss made Springerle molds. As much as we and our customers liked those molds. we had to make this tough decision. The reason is that we never got in time what we ordered. Many of our customers have a small business and depend on prompt delivery. Merchandise ordered for Christmas should not arrive on two days before the holidays. In addition with each order prices went up because of the weakening US currency.
The decision:
We start to offer our own line of molds. Please browse through our web site to learn more about this project. We will not offer pirated copies of our previous selection. You can recognize the new molds by the letters"SM" in front of the part number.

• Our product line of cookie mold replicas as well as original wooden mold will be offered in future by "Dukasi" - the company who does most of the carving for us. We will provide a link as soon as our replicas of their molds are available from them.

General Terms of Business:

Retailers will receive a special offer on request after we have received a proof of business.

Prices: All our prices are in US or Canadian funds, depending from the shopping cart. Our German partner lists all prices in Euro. Please select your country.

Order Confirmation: Please wait for a personalized order confirmation, before you do any payments.

Shipping and Handling Cost: It is our intention to keep these costs as low as possible. However, we can do nothing against rising postal fees and the weak US currency.
In order to keep it simple we will charge a flat fee of US or Canadian $10.00 for every shipment to the United States respective Canada. For other countries the shipping costs will be defined individually. Again, please do not make any payments until your have received our personalized order confirmation.
For retailers we will charge the actual shipping expenses.

Delivery:We ship immediately after your cheque or money order has been received.
sometimes, we do not wait for the arrival of payments in order to make sure that you receive your merchandise in time.
For NSf cheques we charge a fee of $30.00 and we also use the services of a collecting agency. Fortunately, almost all of our customers are very honest people!

Invoice: We will also send you an invoice for your records.

Returns: We accept returns of unused and originally packed items within 30 days after delivery, Please explain the reason for the return. We only reimburse the value of the merchandise, but not the shipping costs unless the molds have a manufacturing flaw. Please be aware that our molds are exact replicas of molds which may have been in use for a very long time. Even little cracks and signs of wear of the original have been copied. If you receive such a mold don;t claim this as a manufacturing flaw. Please ask us if you have any doubts.
