Our new molds are handcrafted in Germany and are food safe.

 The food safe shellac which is used as paint for the replicas allows easy release of the dough. It also prevents that the porcelain or clay like material absorbs water. But please do not soak the molds in water! That will cause damage to the paint. |

Use our molds not only for cookies:
You can use our molds all year long. They are not seasonal items used only for making eye catching cookies for Christmas.

News:
We are discontinuing our old line of molds and reduced the prices up to 50%.
As much as we and our customers liked those molds, we had to make this tough decision. The reason is that we never got in time what we ordered. Many of our customers have a small business and depend on prompt delivery.
Merchandise ordered for Christmas should not arrive two days before the holidays. In addition with each order prices went up because of the weakening US currency.
In order to make room for our new molds and to get some cash we reduced the prices for the remaining Swiss made replicas. You recognize them by the item number which does not contain the letters "SM" which stands for "Springerle Mold".
The decision:
We start to offer our own line of molds. Please browse through our web site to learn more about this project. We will not offer pirated copies of our previous selection. You can recognize the new molds by the letters"SM" in front of the part number.

We offer our cookie molds worldwide! However, our flat fee for S+H applies only for North America.

General Terms of Business:
Prices: All our prices are in US or Canadian funds, depending from the shopping cart.
Order Confirmation: Please wait for a personalized order confirmation with an attached invoice before you do any payments.
Shipping and Handling Cost: It is our intention to keep these costs as low as possible. However, we can do nothing against rising postal fees and the weak US currency.
In order to keep it simple we charge a flat fee of US or Canadian $11.00 for every shipment to the United States respective Canada. For other countries the shipping costs will be defined individually. Again, please do not make any payments until your have received our personalized order confirmation.
For retailers we will charge the actual shipping expenses. Please contact us if you are interested in wholesale ordering.
Payment:Starting in February 2012 we will only accept PayPal with the exception of repeat customers. Please use only private e-mail address helmutebert@bellnet.ca for payments.
We are still using an older shopping cart which does not allow to add a flat fee for S+H to the invoice. The total will be shown in the invoice which we send you with the order confirmation. This confirmation is anyhow required because our inventory of discontinued molds can change within hours.
Especially Canadian customers should wait until they receive the invoice because the prices listed in our shopping cart do not include the HST which varies from province to province.
Delivery:We ship immediately after we have recvweived the confirmation from PayPal.
Invoice: We will also send you an invoice as a PDF-file in advance and a printed copy by mail for your records.
Wholesale: Because of the present exchange rate between the Euro and the US dollar we cannot offer the discontinued replicas of Springerle molds to wholesale conditions.
Returns: We accept returns of unused and originally packed items within 30 days after delivery, Please explain the reason for the return. We only reimburse the value of the merchandise, but not the shipping costs unless the molds have a manufacturing flaw. Please be aware that still many of our molds are exact replicas of molds which may have been in use for a very long time. Even little cracks and signs of wear of the original have been copied. If you receive such a mold don't claim this as a manufacturing flaw. To show more details we use now larger images of the molds in our shopping cart. Please ask us if you have any questins.
