Province: Ontario; Tourist Region: Festival Country

Description:

Jordan and its surroundings are a very lovely part of the Niagara peninsula. Nestled between vineyards and fruit gardens it is one of my favorite destinations when we have visitors and I want to show them our area. The village has a relative long history and all the old houses are nicely renovated. Many of them have been converted into small galleries, stores and boutiques. I was especially attracted by one which sells sculptures and other art work created by the Inuit and Iroquois.
