After contacting Acuhealth in Australia, we learned that there are almost no warranty claims.
Naturally, there is always a chance that something fails and does not work as it should. For that reason each "Acuhealth Pro 900" comes with a 12 month warranty. That means we replace the faulty unit if the claim is justified.
If you experience any problems, please contact us first by e-mail and give us details about the problems. We will respond within reasonable time. (It maybe necessary to contact the manufacturer first before responding.) The shipping charges for returning the unit must be paid by you. Please make sure that the unit is properly packed! We will send you a free replacement without any additional costs.
Misuse and damage by mishandling of the "Acuhealth Pro 900" are not covered.
